Exchanges

In order to offer an exchange, the product must be unworn, undamaged and in new condition with all merchandise tags intact. Exchanges can only be made for products of identical variation and pricing. Exchanges can be due to sizing, color or defect. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from dispatch date. Please note that requests outside our exchange window will not be accepted. Please also note that exchanges on replacement orders are not permitted. We cover shipping expenses for any exchanges with product defects only. Exchange shipping costs for products as regards to size or color are done at customer’s cost. kindly send an email to sales@kochhouse.com and include your order number to begin the exchange process our reach us via our live chat.

 

Returns

You may return your item for a refund within 14 days from order dispatch
date as long as the item is unworn, undamaged and in new condition with all merchandise tags intact. Return requests outside our return window will not be processed or accepted. Any transaction fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable. Only original cost of product will be refunded. KochHouse reserves the right to refuse excessive returns. Please note there are no returns available on/for custom orders.

 

Refunds

Once your item is received, inspected and deemed in proper condition, a refund will be processed. Please note it can take up to 5 business days for our warehouse to process returns and therefore your patience is appreciated. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
